Mark Dupuis has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with over 25 years of successful management in the field of domestic and international brokerage with a focus in the Lloyds' and London markets. Mark has gained extensive experience in developing insurance products from conception to completion in a diverse range of industries. These industries include finance and banking, marine, yacht, travel, real estate, auto dealership, and health insurance. His expertise encompasses strategic business planning and research, underwriting, premium income reporting, claims handling, pricing and marketing. He also a broad experience in non-insurance products including extended warranties, and benefit packages and products for affinity and membership groups. Mr. Dupuis has a proven record of pioneering innovative and unique policies and programs in the travel, health and cyber technology industries. His current focus is on developing technology based platform risk solutions for the rapidly evolving wireless, internet data, and travel industries.

Randy Felhaber has over 20 years in the insurance industry. A majority of those years have been spent assisting businesses, tailoring policies to ensure each client gets the right amount of coverage for their employees. Collaborating with the industry experts at Elysian Healthcare, Randy was instrumental in the implementation and growth of Elysian Dealer Health, where he teamed up with auto industry professionals to create customizable supplemental policies for dealerships nationwide.

Randel Lyons is an automotive industry staple, with connections ranging from coast to coast. His extensive sales and automotive background make him the perfect partner in Favorite Coverage, where he intends to leverage his close industry relationships and provide the BEST of the BEST coverage.
Mr, Lyons has been focused of late on the very real threat of cyber attacks. He has been instrumental in facilitating Cyber Security and Outage Insurance options for businesses through a close partnership between Favorite Coverage and OneBrightly Cyber and Brightly Insurance.

Allan got his start in the automotive business in 1975. He began with 20+ yrs in Retail Automotive starting as a Sales Associate and culminating as a Dealership Operating Partner. The last 20+ yrs. he has spent Coaching, Consulting and Training on Leadership and Net Profit Improvement in dealerships, giving seminars and working with large/small/independent dealer groups and OEM's to improve their sales volume and net profit.

Scott Reas is a self-proclaimed life-long Automotive Subject Matter Expert who is dedicated to the continued increase in Selling Gross in all Departments of the Automotive Dealership Landscape. With a family background in insurance, he is uniquely attuned to the coverage needs of businesses, especially dealerships.
Mr. Reas, in addition to Favorite Coverage, offers full service Retail Automotive Consultancy that provides retail automotive coaching and training to Independent Auto Dealers, Retail Consolidators both public and private, OEM clients and Retail Automotive service providers.
